1. Data controller

2. Personal data we process

We do not collect your name or email merely because you browse the site. We may process personal data when:

• Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), subject, message, and the language of the submission.
• Technical logs: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and timestamps — for security, debugging, and measurement.
• On-site chat: message history stored only in your browser; it is not uploaded to our servers.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We handle contact-form requests to reply, start a quote, or provide support under KVKK Art. 5/2 (c) (processing directly related to establishing or performing a contract) and Art. 5/2 (f) (legitimate interests).

We process technical data under Art. 5/2 (f) to keep the site secure, prevent abuse, and understand how content is used. Google Analytics is described further in the Cookie Policy.

4. Recipients and processors

Contact form submissions are stored in our CRM lead-ingest endpoint (Supabase, EU region). The same request is also sent to Web3Forms for email notification. Measurement uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (G-HSXV0YK1WD); the site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Vercel Analytics is not used. Ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta) may receive conversion signals only when you grant consent. These providers may process data outside Türkiye.

Attribution identifiers (UTM, gclid, fbclid, referrer) may be stored in the CRM to attribute your request. Email and phone are not sent to Google Analytics.

We do not sell your data or add it to marketing lists unless a legal obligation requires disclosure.

Search and AI crawlers may copy publicly published pages under the robots.txt Content-Signal. We do not send contact-form, chat, or CRM records to those crawlers.

5. Retention

We keep contact and CRM lead records for as long as needed to close your request, run sales/commission workflows, and meet commercial correspondence duties, typically up to 2 years. On a valid deletion request we erase or anonymize the record unless a legal retention duty applies.

Chat history stays in your browser until you clear site data. Analytics retention follows each provider’s defaults. Consent preferences remain in localStorage until you change or clear them.

6. Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether we process your data, request a copy, learn the purpose, learn the recipients, request correction or deletion, object to a result against you produced solely by automated systems, and claim compensation for unlawful processing.

Send requests to info@leonx.com.tr with enough information to verify your identity. We respond within 30 days under the KVKK application communiqué.

7. Security

We serve the site over HTTPS, limit access, and expect baseline security from processors. Transmission over the internet is not absolutely secure; do not put highly sensitive secrets in the contact form.

8. Changes

We may update this notice to match the site or legal requirements. The effective date is at the top of the page. Material changes refresh that date.

9. Backup Restore Drill Assistant Chrome extension

This section applies only to the Backup Restore Drill Assistant Chrome extension. User-entered drill names, checklist statuses, notes, text-based evidence references, and report timestamps are stored only in chrome.storage.local on the user’s device.

Leon-X does not collect or sell data through this extension. The extension makes no background or programmatic network requests; drill data is never transmitted off-device. It collects no telemetry or usage analytics and does not read page content, including the content of open web pages. User-selected support and contact links open Leon-X web pages.

Reset clears checklist statuses, notes, and evidence references; the drill name and creation timestamp are retained. Reset does not delete the complete drill record. When the extension is uninstalled from Chrome, Chrome also clears the extension’s local storage as part of its normal removal behavior.
