1. Data controller

2. Personal data we process

We do not collect your name or email merely because you browse the site. We may process personal data when:

• Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), subject, message, and the language of the submission.
• Technical logs: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and timestamps — for security, debugging, and measurement.
• On-site chat: message history stored only in your browser; it is not uploaded to our servers.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We handle contact-form requests to reply, start a quote, or provide support under KVKK Art. 5/2 (c) (processing directly related to establishing or performing a contract) and Art. 5/2 (f) (legitimate interests).

We process technical data under Art. 5/2 (f) to keep the site secure, prevent abuse, and understand how content is used. Google Analytics is described further in the Cookie Policy.

4. Recipients and processors

Form submissions are delivered through Web3Forms. Measurement uses Google Analytics (measurement ID G-HSXV0YK1WD) and, in production, Vercel Analytics. These providers may process data on servers outside Türkiye.

We do not sell your data or add it to marketing lists unless a legal obligation requires disclosure.

5. Retention

We keep contact records for as long as needed to close your request and meet commercial correspondence duties, typically up to 2 years. On a valid deletion request we erase or anonymize the record unless a legal retention duty applies.

Chat history stays in your browser until you clear site data. Analytics retention follows each provider’s default settings.

6. Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether we process your data, request a copy, learn the purpose, learn the recipients, request correction or deletion, object to a result against you produced solely by automated systems, and claim compensation for unlawful processing.

Send requests to info@leonx.com.tr with enough information to verify your identity. We respond within 30 days under the KVKK application communiqué.

7. Security

We serve the site over HTTPS, limit access, and expect baseline security from processors. Transmission over the internet is not absolutely secure; do not put highly sensitive secrets in the contact form.

8. Changes

We may update this notice to match the site or legal requirements. The effective date is at the top of the page. Material changes refresh that date.
