Terms of Use

Last updated: 31 August 2026

These terms apply to anyone who visits www.leonx.com.tr, operated by LeonX Bilişim. By using the site you confirm that you have read and accept this notice. If a separate services, maintenance, or consulting contract is signed, that contract prevails over these general terms.

1. Purpose of the site

The site presents LeonX managed IT, cybersecurity, hardware-software, consulting, and web services, publishes technical content, and collects inquiries. Descriptions are general information. They are not a binding offer, audit result, or legal opinion.

2. Acceptable use

Use the site only for lawful purposes. In particular you must not:

  • Submit malware, spam, or a false identity through forms, chat, or other inputs
  • Attempt automated scraping or attacks that impair security, availability, or measurement
  • Copy content and present it as a commercial product without permission

3. Content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, text, images, logos, layout, and software belong to LeonX or its licensors. Reproduction, public communication, or derivative works beyond personal, non-commercial review require prior written permission.

Technical articles and tools are for education and awareness. Run your own risk analysis and expert review before production use.

4. Third-party links and brands

Product and brand names belong to their owners. Mention does not imply partnership, sponsorship, or official representation. External links are governed by those sites; we do not control their content.

5. Inquiries and quotes

A form or email request does not form a contract by itself. Scope, fees, and delivery become binding only with written confirmation or a signed agreement. We are not responsible if we cannot reach you because contact details were wrong or incomplete.

6. Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free content, or a particular outcome. Except where liability cannot be limited by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or data loss arising from use of site information.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Courts and enforcement offices in Ankara have jurisdiction.

8. Changes

We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated text.
